Ask a Librarian is administered by the Tampa Bay Library Consortium and provides Florida residents with virtual reference services through live chat, text messaging, and email.
Live chat with a Florida librarian is available from 10am to 10pm ET Monday through Thursday and 10am to 5pm ET Friday through Sunday.
Email is available to patrons 24 hours per day, seven days per week, and email questions are answered by the user’s local library.
